An image can add layers of context to your social content, and increase social engagement. We’ve put together some tips to consider when choosing imagery for your social media packages.
Please note: Submit all imagery in .png or .psd format. Feel free to submit more than one image. The Collision team will choose the image they think works best.
*You are responsible for obtaining appropriate image releases and permissions for any persons included in the imagery supplied to Collision for promotional purposes.
Image sizes
Tweet, LinkedIn or Facebook post: Best-practice sizes are wide: 1200x627 px.
Instagram: For best results, the image should be 1080 x 1080 px.
Video content can also be an amazing medium to use for capturing attention on social media.
Please note: We do not offer Instagram Reels as a social media partner product.
Before choosing your imagery, here are some things to consider:
Is the image eye-catching and of a high quality (ie clear, not pixelated, sharp, and at least 300 pixels per inch [ppi])?
Please do not send logos. Images of people* or informative graphics are much more effective.
Will the image appeal to the desired target audience?
Do the images for each channel match the messaging in the captions you’ve submitted in the brief?
We’re excited to have you on board for Collision. Our social channels are the ultimate platform to share your message with the world. You can contribute to the spread..
