Some of our best networking happens away from the conference floor – at Collision After Hours, a series of parties and receptions for Collision attendees in Toronto's most exciting entertainment and cultural venues. Partnering with Collision After Hours places your brand right at the centre of these events. It gives you the chance to continue conversations from the conference floor and engage with attendees in a more relaxed, informal setting. The logistics of the General Attendee party are managed with your Partner Success Manager.
Venue:
Your Partner Success Manager will share the venue location with you once it has been confirmed.
Bar tab:
We would highly recommend having a bar tab to enhance the attendee event experience. This can be arranged through your Partner Success Manager.
A drinks menu selection will be shared with you for review and approval.
Photography:
An official Collision photographer will be scheduled to shoot at each event.
Entertainment:
Should you wish to hire entertainment for the General Attendee party, please inform your Partner Success Manager. All entertainment is subject to sign off by Collision.
Ticket package:
Please ensure anyone who you would like to attend General Attendee Party is assigned an event ticket. Deadline to complete information on all allocated tickets is June 23.
Partner comms form:
Your company will be featured in our event newsletter. Please ensure you have filled out all the information in the onboarding survey so we can collect your logo and company description.
Online and app branding:
Your company will be featured in our event app and on our website.
Venue branding:
All print, digital and marketing collateral associated with Collision After Hours must be co-branded to include the Collision After Hours logo. Please review our brand guidelines here.
Social and content:
We’ll promote Collision After Hours through our event social pages, and include your company name and party on our official Collision After Hours newsletter, shared with all general attendees.
Additional branding and merchandise:
Venues have guidelines on additional branding, so please discuss any ideas with your Partner Success Manager in advance.
To familiarise yourself with the venue, we suggest completing a walkthrough in advance with our team. Please confirm a time to do this with your partner success manager.
To further promote your night event, consider running a competition or social media giveaway. This creates a fun atmosphere for attendees while also providing strategic value for the partner.
To make the most of your night event, ensure your staff is well briefed on your objectives and audience.
We suggest bringing a strong networking team with you to engage with the attendees, but be mindful that each venue has a capacity limit.
To create a night our attendees will remember, think big when planning your activation and allow the budget, staffing and creativity to realise your vision.
A free drink or bar tab is always greatly appreciated by the attendees. Please discuss this with your Partner Success Manager.
