Helping our partners get maximum value from their participation in our events is our top priority. To support this, we have launched a new lead-scanning feature within our Collision event app and we also have teamed up with Zuant to provide another lead-scanning option to our partners.
Zuant offers packages with additional features and benefits such as customisable questions and the inclusion of your company logo. You can find out more details about their packages here and the difference between the services below.
The Collision app lead-scanning feature is available to all partners attending Collision. This function is enabled for those who are assigned "Partner + company scanning" tickets.
Once an attendee’s QR code is scanned a request will appear in the attendee’s app to approve the scan. Only if this is accepted, will the attendee’s information appear in the “My Connections / My Leads” section. At the end of the event, if accepted, all scanned attendee information can be exported via email.
All partners are assigned a set of “Partner” tickets and “Partner + company scanning” tickets. All Partner + company scanning ticket holders will have access to the company mode scanning. There is no difference in access to the event for these two tickets.
Some partners allocate some of their tickets to clients and partners. To avoid any GDPR breaches and give clients potential visibility of your leads, we have separated your tickets to ensure you only allocate Partner + company scanning tickets to your team members focused on lead generation.
Please contact your partner success manager if you would like to swap some of your partner tickets for Partner + company scanning tickets. It is also possible to give any Executive ticket holders access to the company scanning mode
Leads you scan using the new feature can be added to your company's mailing lists and more without breaching GDPR. As soon as a scanned attendee accepts your connection request, the connection becomes GDPR compliant.
All leads gathered by your team can be viewed in a single consolidated report, which can be exported directly from the app at any time.
Alternatively, partners can avail of various lead retrieval packages from our third-party supplier, Zuant which offer a ‘lite, classic and pro’ package.
More information on Collision scanning and Zuant can be found below.
Open the scanning feature from the bottom navigation bar.
2. Toggle to switch between scanning as an individual or as your company. Scanning in company mode generates leads for your company. Attendees will receive connection requests once they are scanned.
3. You can also add a note to follow up with the relevant information later. You'll see the note in the full report.
4. Your progress can be viewed in your company leads overview section. From here, you can also send yourself an email containing your leads list report.
5. The consolidated leads report will be sent to the email address attached to your Collision ticket.
You will receive the report as a downloadable .csv file.
This file will contain attendees' information, as well as any notes you have added.
If partners use the Collision mobile app to scan attendees, it is the partner's responsibility to ensure the attendee has been informed that their data will be processed in accordance with the partner's privacy policy and that the attendee understands why their personal data is being processed and what will be shared with them.
The following information is collected through a scan:
