It's important to assign your tickets as soon as possible. Your tickets enable your team members to create an attendee profile on the app, build out their personal schedules and access each day of the event.
To assign your tickets, follow this link. Please enter the email address that your tickets have been assigned to. Your partner success manager will have communicated this email address to you if it is different from the one you provided in your onboarding survey.
When you enter the email address, you will receive an email containing the link to your personal ticket dashboard. For security purposes, this link will expire after 48 hours. (Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to arrive in your inbox.)
