What is the process to request dropping a course?

We do not drop classes without an extenuating circumstance and administrative approval.

If a student has a question about dropping a course, the student can schedule a time to talk with their counselor. The student will be advised to talk with their teacher and asked what interventions have been tried and if there has been a parent/teacher conference. If that has not happened yet, students will be encouraged to speak with their teacher.

When and how will official transcripts be sent to colleges and universities?

Transcripts are sent via Common App, CFNC, or ScribOrder. Transcripts are sent to schools by application deadlines. More information can be found under Requesting Transcripts.

What if I need to send a transcript via email and not to a physical address?

Use ScribOrder to request a transcript and put the email address in the “Special Instructions” box.
