The mission of Enloe's school counseling program is to empower all students to become productive citizens by promoting equity and providing access to support services that improve the academic, career/life skills, and social/emotional development of each student and involve the family, community, and school.

Believe students have the right to be served by and participate in the school counseling program.
Understand all students have dignity and worth.
Acknowledge that students’ ethnicities, cultures, races, genders, sexual orientations, and abilities should be considered in the planning and implementation of the school counseling program.
Abide by professional ethics of counseling according to the American School Counseling Association.
Regularly attend professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with the administration, teachers, parents and the community to advocate for every student.
Utilize data to develop and continually evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
Provide classroom lessons and activities are based on Wake County Core Counseling Curriculum (K-12), which incorporates academic, social/emotional, and career domains.
Student Services reminds the Enloe community that our mission is to support all students of our diverse population. We post “Safe Space” notices to remind LGBTQ+ students and allies that we provide a space where students can speak freely and confidentially about concerns. We support the work of Enloe’s Genders and Sexualities Alliance and can work with students individually or in groups.
