All Enloe Magnet High School students graduate with the academic, career, and social/emotional skills needed to succeed in a complex 21st century society. All Enloe students engage with and contribute to their global and local communities by maintaining a high standard of excellence and involvement in their academic and career pursuits. They demonstrate the highest levels of scholarship and integrity, while being committed to promoting diversity and equity. The mission of the Enloe Magnet High School counseling program is to empower all students to reach their full potential by improving learning outcomes and mitigating barriers to student success. We provide all students with access to counselors who collaborate with families, the community, and school staff to provide academic, career, and social/emotional support. We promote equity, ensuring all students receive the resources needed to meet their individual goals. Through our work, students graduate with the ability to successfully collaborate, create, communicate, and critically think in today’s society.

Collaborate with the administration, teachers, parents and the community to advocate for every student.
Utilize data to develop and continually evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
Provide classroom lessons and activities are based on Wake County Core Counseling Curriculum (K-12), which incorporates academic, social/emotional, and career domains.
Student Services reminds the Enloe community that our mission is to support all students of our diverse population. We post “Safe Space” notices to remind LGBTQ+ students and allies that we provide a space where students can speak freely and confidentially about concerns. We support the work of Enloe’s Genders and Sexualities Alliance and can work with students individually or in groups.
