Transcripts and Enrollment
Transcript Requests
Transcripts 101
Transcripts are not available in PowerSchool. Senior transcripts that are not sent through Common App or CFNC must be ordered through ScribOrder. Our registrar, Ms. Ford, processes transcripts through ScribOrder. When a student orders a transcript for their own use, Ms. Ford will email that unofficial transcript to the student's email address, not a parent's address.
Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is younger than 18. If the student is 18 or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.
How to Request Transcripts
Sending transcripts on Common App: Students need to link their assigned counselor in Common App, even if the college/university doesn't require a counselor letter of recommendation. Counselors upload school reports (which includes the transcript and school profile).
Sending transcripts on CFNC: Students applying to colleges through CFNC need to request transcripts through the Application Hub on CFNC.org.
All other transcript requests - ScribOrder: All transcripts ordered through ScribOrder by current students are free and will be emailed to the student, organization, or college.
The final transcript option in ScribOrder will be available from mid-May to June 30th for seniors ONLY! Please choose Mid-Year Transcript if your college requires it.
Sending SAT, ACT, & AP Scores
Colleges and universities must receive SAT and ACT scores directly from www.collegeboard.com or www.act.org. AP Scores also need to be sent directly from the College Board. Student Services does not send any SAT, ACT, or AP test scores to colleges or universities.
Enrollment
How to enroll if student is NEW to WCPSS:
En el Condado Wake, los estudiantes son asignados a una escuela base basada en su "domicilio" dentro del condado. http://www.wcpss.net/espanol/student-assignment/
In Wake County, students are assigned to a school based on where their home address is within the county. To read detailed information about this, please visit the Student Assignment portion of the WCPSS website here.
To find the base school for your address, please click here and follow the prompts.
Once you have determined your child's base school, the following documents are required for enrollment:
Enrollment forms from the WCPSS website (en espanol)
Certified copy of your child's birth certificate
Proof of address (current water, gas, or electric bill in parent/guardian's name, new signed lease, or offer to purchase agreement)
Photo ID of the parent/guardian
Your child's immunization records
Transcript from previous school
Any relevant custody documents
Change of address and/or re-enrollment:
If you move at any time, it is very important that you update your address with your child's school. This will ensure that you receive mailings and that the school can contact you if necessary. If your move takes you outside of Enloe's base, your child can remain at Enloe if you provide your own transportation or you can enroll them in the base school for your family's new address.
If you are re-enrolling or have moved, you will need to present the following documents to Enloe:
A photo ID of the parent/guardian
Proof of your Wake County address (current water, gas, or electric bill in parent's name, new signed lease, or offer to purchase agreement)
Any new custody documents
