He rau ringa e oti ai - Many hands makes light work

We will achieve this by:

  • Putting our property away when we’ve finished into our tote trays

  • Hanging our bags and coats up on the hangers properly and our shoes on it too

  • Putting all game pieces away in the games cupboard in their boxes

  • Respect other people’s property

  • Help others out when they need a hand to clean up, even if you didn’t make the mess

  • Putting the felt tips, coloured pencils and jovis back in the proper containers

  • Staying in one area with our activity so it is easier to clean up afterwards

  • Treat people with respect and you will receive respect in return

  • Walk away when you are getting frustrated, using our ignoring muscles, use your words

  • We will do the assigned jobs we have to do to help our classmates and school
