If you are not well and strong, you are not in a position to help others.
Your own self care is your number one responsibility.
We will never know the worth of water until the well runs dry.
Don't let your well run dry.
If you need to ask for help, do so sooner rather than later.
Most of the activites on this site can be done by anyone. However, I have listed below some that are particularly useful for adults or support groups.
