Why is singing so good for us? It releases endorphins. It lifts our spirits and often energises us. It causes us to be more conscious about our breathing, exercising our lungs and intercostal muscles. Often our whole body responds to the rhythm.
The latest TikTok craze has brought much good humour to Alert level 4 and 3 through singing and dancing. Similar things can be done in class without social media.
