Which people have we been spending time with? What has been different and how do we feel about that? What have we been doing the same? different? new? exciting?
Pictures can be layered so some things hide under another sheet of paper. Words can be written and then painted over so only the creator know they are there. Notice what we are feeling as we create the images, and offer opportunities to talk about them. create with others or work alongside them.
An activity where you go through magazines and cut out/tear out anything that draws your attention...without overthinking.
As you work with the images and create a collage notice what you are thinking and feeling in relation to the images.
Once complete, share your work with an accompanying narrative with others in your group.
Always remember the importance of honouring and respecting others work and their voice.
The intention is to increase self awareness and notice our response to others by moving together and attuning senses.

This in itself can be a calming or a fun activity but once again it is also a forum to notice what we are feeling and how we manage those feelings. What do we notice when our leading buddy does something we didn't want them to do? What do we notice when we see an image evolving and our leading buddy doesn't see it, doesn't respond? How do you communicate with each other in the process?
Mirroring actions can also be a valuable and enjoyable activity to make connections and relate to how others might be feeling.
