In our group, we choose to remake the song (There is nothing holding me back by Shawn Mendas).
I chose to conduct the song because when combined the meaningful lyrics with the song rhythm it helped us remember and understand the contents of the history for a long time.
In the process, I have to explore facts about King Akhenaten of the 18th Egypt of New Kingdom , more about his family life and love life. Furthermore, I have to film a music video and do the edits which takes a large amount of time in completing it. However, with all the hard work, I am so proud of myself as I challenged myself in making this song and everyone loved it.
ESOLs that connected to my workings in this project is Innovative Thinkers , I get to be creative in applying what I know in to making the masterpiece that can be shared to people from walks of lives in all generations about the Egypt's pharaoh history.
This Age of Exploration project is the final project of the year that I completed. I was arranged to be in group of 3 and work together to produce 3 pieces of artwork about the story of Christopher Columbus. Overall, it was challenging times to understand the explorer's history and plan it out to convey his accurate storyline as possible. However, it was very rewarding after everything is done as our hard works pay off by me and my friends dedications. Throughout this project, I demonstrated my artistic skills and collaboration skills to perfect the work as much as I could. Moreover, I get to be the leader of the team to guide my group in to complete these impactful arts, therefore, I manage to be Altruistic Global Citizens and Articulate Communicators by understanding different perspectives from friends in order to apply what is best to complete this project. Furthermore, I got the opportunity to be a Strategic learners by understanding new history information from the research I read. In the future, I will apply this essential knowledge and useful tips I gained from history class to continue making magnificent works for years to come.
