Reflection:
Sight (Visual): The dead leaf seems like it was dead long time ago. The yellow flower looks flourish and healthy. Similarly, the tree leaf that I inserted in looks abundant and glowing green. However, the plant's trunk seem dead and disgusting.
Touch (Tactile): When I touch the dead leaf, I can feel the crunchiness of it . The yellow flower petals are so soft like marshmallow. The tree leaf running through my finger, reveals sense of scratchy.
Smell (Olfactory): The aromas of the tree leaf reminds me of the sea water I played last week. I still can smell the scent of yellow flower from here as it is pleasant like vanilla ice cream. Lastly, when I bring plant's trunk close to my nose, I smell boiled octopus.
Sound (Auditory): The crunchiness of the dead plants reminded me of chips. I am very impressed that there is no sound at all coming out of the flower and plant's leaf.
From this activity, we get to reflect on our school's ESLO:
Altruistic Global Citizen - Open to what is different or unfamiliar; Someone who understands their place in the world and that we are all interconnected.
