YCV improves the natural environment in Yaxley through hands-on projects including tree planting, hedge work, ponds, orchard care and habitat improvements that benefit residents and wildlife alike.

trees planted by the group since it began, alongside hundreds of metres of hedges, numerous ponds and many community-focused conservation tasks.

Volunteers meet most weeks, with Friday sessions lasting around two hours, and the group welcomes people of all experience levels.
