Orchard open day 2024

Community orchard open day..

Blossom is good for wildlife, good for the soul, and absolutely essential for fruit production. To coincide with National Blossom Day, click here for official website, the Yaxley Community Orchard was open on Friday April 26th 1.00pm – 4.00pm for everyone to take a walk amongst blossom trees or just quietly enjoy the best that nature has to offer.  

The blossom day orchard open day saw a constant flow of visitors who came to see & smell the many varieties of delightful flowering fruit trees. The weather was wonderful & the trees did not disappoint on the day
