Visitors:

• Visitors will voluntarily make an MyGate entry with the security personnel with valid identity before entering the society premises.

• Visitor will be barred from entering in the society premises if identification and MyGate entry is not made.

• Any society member can ask a visitor for his details and intention of his visit.

• Visitors without an entry will be treated as trespassers and may be reported to the police.

• Visitors will ask for directions to the intended building from the security personnel instead of searching around.

• Visitors will park their vehicles in the designated places directed by the security personnel.

• Visitors will park their vehicles outside the society gate in case there is no space in the visitor parking.  

• Visitors will not park in the reserved parking of the flat owners or park such that the vehicles of members are obstructed from movement. 

• Take care that your behavior within the society premises does not negatively affect the social standing of the member whom you are visiting.

• Visitors will not damage the society property.

• If a guest requires overnight parking within the society premises, the flat owner/resident should inform the committee on the common WhatsApp group about the vehicle description like make, model, color, number.
