Society Garden:
The garden is a common space of the society.
The garden is not a playground.
There is no playground in the society premises. PCMC sports facilities can be booked online for sports.
The garden should be kept clean by the members and not to be littered.
Please do not pluck flowers or damage the trees.
Please do not plant big trees in such areas which can damage the buildings or the underground water tanks with their roots. Consult the society manager.
Playing football or cricket in the garden is not allowed as per a decision in an AGM.
Your playing activities should not cause injuries to other children and senior citizens sitting in the garden.
Any disputes related to such accidents will have to be settled within the parties involved.
Children should not play in the covered parking spaces (to avoid damage to the vehicles) and on the roads. Accidents may happen.
Appropriate charges will be received from the members due to any damage to the society property by their children.
