The following special equipment is installed in the society premises for ease of life. 

We have good experience to share about the same to help others societies to procure and use it effectively. You are welcome to visit and get more information. We would also like to hear about any new devices at your place which we can incorporate in our society.

1. Boom Barrier at the gate - automatic barrier with safety feature. Can be modified to detect vehicles based on RF id or number plate.

2. Organic Waste Composter machine is installed for making compost out of daily collected 100 kg organic wet waste. The waste is cleared of plastic and non-organic material, crushed/shredded and mixed with sawdust. The OWC machine churns and heats up the mix making a good quality compost out of the waste.

3. Automatic Lifts - We have installed 6 automatic door lifts with all the safety features, overload detection, Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) feature and genset backup during power failure.

4. CCTV - An IP based digital CCTV with AI features, 64 channel system is installed with face detection and intrusion detection and alarm system to prevent and detect untoward incidents.

5. Diesel Genset - A 65 KVA Cummins diesel fuel genset is installed for common electricity supply with automatic power failure detection.

6. Open Gymnasium - Muti-featured open gymnasium equipment is installed around the society garden for exercise and fitness of the members.

7. Automated water supply - the water supply system is automated to detect empty and full tank conditions to ensure uninterrupted water supply.
