The Managing Committee:
Our society is managed by an elected managing committee.
These members have volunteered to help manage the society.
Always contact the Society manager for any issues. He will escalate to the managing committee members.
Most of them prefer WhatsApp messages than phone calls. Phone calls should be avoided unless very urgent as their availability may be limited as per the demands of their professions and personal life.
Monthly meeting: 10.30 am on the first Sunday of the month. (If any issue, then same time, other Sundays).
Everybody is welcome to join the monthly meeting to discuss any issues or give suggestions.

All the society members are encouraged to join the Managing Committee in all the activities for smooth operations and upkeep of the society.
Roles and responsibilities of the Managing Committee:
Follow the guidelines of the Government and the PCMC
Maintain the general and financial records of the society as per the bylaws of the Government and get them audited regularly
Ensure the process to be followed to manage the society as per the bylaws of the Government (AGM, monthly meetings, Special General meetings, etc)
Act as single voice of the society and to represent the society in all matters concerning the society functioning such as appeal to municipal body, appeal to the government bodies, participation in local area development councils, etc.
Ensure power supply from MSEDCL
Forward the necessary communication from the Government and PCMC to the society members
Adequate and clean water supply
Security within the premises thru a security agency and CCTV/etc
Lifts to be safely operational
Ensure safety from fire hazards by proper maintenance of related equipment
Common power supply thru power generator
Ensure cleanliness thru housekeeping agency
Conversion of organic waste into compost as mandated
Manage transfer of ownership of flats and maintain nomination records.
Ensure fair administration of vehicle parking.
Upkeep of the society amenities like garden, roads, temple, open gym and all assets.
Organize cultural and social events
Ensure peace, cohesion and cooperation within the society.
