Social responsibility of all members:
Our society is a peace loving community.
Maintain peace and happiness to avoid disturbance to one and all.
Avoid inconvenience to neighbors and avoid arguments.
Do not damage the property of the society. Use with care.
Drive carefully within the society premises.
Avoid using loud horns within the society premises.
Avoid activating vehicle theft alarms at night or if you are not in the society.
Children should be discouraged from playing in the parking area.
Smoking or drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited in the common areas of the society including terraces.
To ensure peace for the neighbours, children and senior citizens, use of loudspeakers, bursting of crackers, organizing social or religious programs with loud music and bhajans should be avoided beyond the time specified by the government. Display similar social responsibility when you organize late night parties in your home.
Do not keep flower pots outside of your windows to avoid damage to the walls below and to avoid damage to the property of your neighbour below.
Do not throw garbage on the roads. Dispose of in the dustbins near the garden.
All staircases must be free without any obstructions like flowerpots, shoe racks, furniture, footwear, bicycles, etc.
While going away for an extended time, residents should leave their contact details with the society manager or neighbors so that they can be contacted in case of any emergency.
Residents should shut their main water supply taps, gas connection and electricity main switch while
going away for an extended time.
In case of emergencies like gas leak, water leak, fire, accident, etc, in the flat, the Management Committee authorizes the society manager to break into the flat to resolve the issue if the resident is not at home. Any damages to that individual flat or the society common property shall be borne by the flat owner only.
Do not store or stock any items or good in your flat which are combustible or obnoxious or which require sanction or permit from a competent authority under any law.
Follow all the Government guidelines and laws regarding noise (10.30 pm rule), burning of rubber or wood, disposal of thermocol, etc.
If any disputes between the members are escalated to the Managing Committee, all the expenses (which are from the common maintenance account) incurred for settlement of the dispute will be will be recovered from the loosing party along with the administrative fees of Rs 5000.
