Common spaces of the society:

1. The common spaces of the society are -- garden, temple, internal roads, designated open parking spaces, passages and staircases, lobbies, ducts, terraces of the buildings, covered parking space under the buildings, lifts, etc. 

2. Common space can not be encroached by any member for personal use. 

3. Nobody can keep personal items (big shoe racks or other items) in the common spaces.

4. Please keep the common spaces clean.

5. Please do not dump any debris in the common spaces.

6. Please do not dump any debris in the ducts or on the road side or behind the buildings. 

7. During the renovation of your flat, 

   1. 1. Debris (waste material) should be kept only in your allocated parking space (covered or open). 

      2. The debris will have to be disposed of at your own expense. 

      3. Also, if you keep the debris in your allocated parking, park your vehicle outside the society premises during that time.

8. Violation of the usage guidelines of common spaces can attract penalties and other action as mentioned in the Maharashtra Cooperative Housing Society bylaws.
