Submit a written request letter to the Secretary for obtaining NOC for flat transfer.

Attach self attested photocopies of latest index2 and Aadhaar card. 

NOC format will not be decided by the Bank.

In case you need the society to fulfill the points mentioned in the Bank's format of NOC, please submit the relevant documents like -- title search report, valuation report, affidavit mentioning any required points. 

Society does not keep records of the loans taken by the flat owners.

All maintenance and other dues should be cleared before the application is submitted.

The membership of the seller will be terminated and the buyer will become a new member of the society.

Any dues pending for the rest of the financial year will have to be paid by the new buyer.

Seller is expected to inform the buyer about the rules and regulations of the society.

New buyer will submit the share certificate in original for change of name and grant of membership in the society.
