Loss of original Share Certificate

1. File a FIR at a local police station registering complaint that original share certificate has been lost.

2. Write an application to the society to issue a duplicate share certificate and attach copy of the FIR.

3. Submit indemnity bond of Rs 200 to the society indemnifying the society of all costs and results of issuing a duplicate share certificate.

4. A new duplicate share certificate will be issued with the remarks written on it as "Duplicate".
