Many varsity teams use it for team lift, but anyone is welcome to use the equipment! Just make sure you follow the red-yellow-green system (see below) to know when the coast is clear.
Equipment is color-coded by target muscle group or function.

The lowdown on what Section II has to offer:
Rogue squat racks (10) with accessories and plates ranging from 2.5-45 lb
Pull-up bars
Indoor turf
Plyometric jump boxes in multiple heights
Powerblock Adjustable Dumbbells (8 sets)
Make sure the selector pin is inserted correctly.
NEVER drop blocks on the ground.
TRX equipment
PVC pipes (mobility, practicing barbell movements)
Support belts
Resistance bands
When should I go?
Section II is open for everyone to use, but it's often reserved for classes or varsity team lifts so availability varies.
Check right outside the Section II door (near the front desk) for the new red-yellow-green system!
Feel free to ask a Strength Coach (they're super friendly!) if there are open racks or the room seems empty.
