Section III is the biggest section with a ton of equipment for cardio, chest, core, and more! If you're taking Weight Training as a PE credit, there's a good chance your classes will be between here and Section I.
Equipment is color-coded by target muscle group or function.

Don't do floor work (abs, stretching, etc.) here unless it's unoccupied or you want heavy objects thrown at you - do these in Section IV instead!
