YACKANDANDAH. (from our own correspondent.) Thursday.
I have to record the untimely death of Miss Symington, who met with the sad accident the other week. Under the circumstances, it was a merciful release. After progressing favorably for a few days, there was a relapse; the injury to the brain showing more aggravated symptoms. For many nights and days the poor young lady never ceased to rave, until exhausted nature could hold out no longer. The father and other relatives of the deceased are grievously stricken by the unexpected blow. The funeral took place on Thursday.
