Marketing Leadership: I oversee and manage the company's digital presence, which included maintaining the website, blog, and active engagement on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. I successfully managed a team, driving Graphisoft West's marketing efforts towards achieving global recognition as the 2018 Reseller of the Year. This accomplishment underscores my strategic marketing skills and leadership capabilities.
UX Research and Design: I developed and led a comprehensive UX research program in close collaboration with key stakeholders, which involved organising co-creation workshops and data collection sessions to enhance user experience and product design.
