Tech Classes in Woodland

We're starting an amateur radio license class in Woodland at the end of this month. While the major intent of the class is to assist those who are seeking to get their first license, it is also a good opportunity opportunity for those who are already licensed to get a refresher! Anyone is welcome, even if they're just curious what this ham radio thing is about, and want to poke their head in!

Woodland LDS Chapel

281 Insel Rd.

When:

Fri 28 Sep 2012, 19:00-2100

Sat 29 Sep 2012, 09:00-13:00

Fri 12 Oct 2012, 19:00-2100

Sat 13 Oct 2012, 09:00-13:00

(Note that the class skips a weekend; on Saturday the 6th, the Latter-Day Saints will be participating in General Conference.)

The will be an exam session late in the morning after the last class session. If you hope to take the exam, it would be nice to let me know so that I can pass the word along to the VE's to help them estimate what they'll need for test materials.
