This is the link to the City of Calgary's  Bylaws related to noise.  In Calgary contractors may operate between the hours of 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 9am to 10pm on Sunday and holidays. 

How do I FILE A COMPLAINT regarding an infraction to the City of Calgary's Bylaw working hours?
