The Farm

Nothing has changed more than The Farm. On Earth, it was a spherical shell 5 kilometers diameter, with the Tug Drive on top. The hull was a single layer of rooms running the whole expanse - most packed full of supplies and machinery. Inside that, it was hollow and was packed full of fertile soil and water held separate by gravity manipulation.

The Farm is now locked in a geosynchronous orbit 14 light-minutes from Earth. Guided by the pyramid ships that bear their name, the four largest asteroids have been heated, spun, and hollowed out, making them enormous in comparison to the Farm. They were carefully moved over great distances before being slowly docked to it.
