Heartichokes are rare food items that permanently increase your health.

Heartichokes can be bought from Wandering Traders in exchange for a random one of 40 possible items, as well as 2 Emeralds. This can only be bought once per Wandering Trader.
Usage
Usage
Heartichokes are food items, that can be consumed at a normal rate. They can ALWAYS be eaten, even if the player is not hungry. Heartichokes provide 6 nutrition (hunger points) and 10 saturation.
Eating a Heartichoke increases your maximum health by 2, adding a new heart to your health bar. You can gain up to 20 extra health this way. Any excess Heartichokes eaten will do nothing.
