Phantom Hood

Phantom Hoods give 2 armor to the player who wears them, and will continuously give the Night Vision effect for 5 minutes, so long as the player is at a location of light level 8 or above.

If you ever go below a light level of 8, the Phantom Hood will no longer give continuous Night Vision, but you'll still have the effect for the next 5 minutes.
