Tidal Tiara

Tidal Tiaras give 2 armor to the player who wears them, and will continuously give the Water Breathing effect for 10 seconds, so long as the player isn't in Water. If the player is in Water, the Tidal Tiara instead gives the Strength II effect for 10 seconds.

If you're in the Water, the Tidal Tiara will no longer give continuous Water Breathing, but you'll still have the effect for the next 10 seconds. While in Water, you have Strength II, and if you leave you will retain it for 10 seconds.
