Vanillabean adds plenty of custom enchantments to the game, each serving a unique purpose.
Enchantments are color coded based on their general effects.
Red = Curses
Yellow = Durability Related
Light Green = Damage Increase
Dark Green = Helps in Combat
Blue = Luck or Loot Drops
Pink = Protection Against Damage
Dark Yellow = Affects Movement Speed / Capability
Purple = Everything Else
If an enchantment could justifiably fit into multiple of these categories, the one furthest up the list is used.

Curse of Bulking - Increases the wearer's size by 25%.

Vigor (I-III) - The enchanted item deals 1+((Level-1)/2) extra damage.
Found with Enchanting Tables, randomly on enchanted loot, and from Piglin Shroomists' held Crossbows.

Ambush (I-II) - The enchanted item deals 2*Level extra damage to mobs who are not targetting a player (including passive mobs).

Fire Proffer (I-II) - The enchanted item sets hit mobs on fire for 6+(7*(Level-1)) seconds.

Penetration (I-III) - The enchanted item ignores 10*Level% of armor when attacking.

Poison Aspect (I-II) - The enchanted item gives the Poison 1+Level effect to hit mobs for 3+(2*(Level-1))% seconds.

Applies to Swords and Maces.
Necromancy - Summons an unkillable mob where the Trident hits. These do not drop loot and despawn after some time. The type of mob depends on the location the Trident hits. A Drowned spawns in the water, a Husk spawns in a Desert biome, and a Zombie spawns otherwise.
Found on Enchanted Books dropped by the Drowned Necromancer.

Magnetism - When killing a mob using this item, the user automatically picks up its drops.
Found with Enchanting Tables, randomly on enchanted loot, randomly on mob loot, and from Villager-traded items.

Midas Touch - When killing a mob using this item, all drops are converted to Gold Nuggets.

Agility (I-IV) - Increases the wearer's speed by 0.002*Level.

Velocity (I-IV) - Increases the wearer's speed by 0.04+(0.03*(Level-1)).

Leeching - When a mob is killed using this item, the user gets the Regeneration IV effect for 1 second.
Found via fishing.
Applies to Swords.
Fireproof - This Fishing Rod can be used in Lava. Enchantments such as Lure do not affect fishing while fishing in Lava. When fishing in Lava, particles will display when the Fishing Rod is ready to be reeled in. If it's not reeled in quick enough, the Fishing Bobber burns. Tip: Use Ender Outputs to easily collect items caught in Lava.

Aquatic Creation - Summons a random fish (Cod, Salmon, Tropical Fish, or Pufferfish rarely) when attacking. This fish drops no items.
