Sculk-type Blocks

Sculk Veins can now be climbed and cause movement difficulties on the ground.
Sculk and Sculk Catalysts now create Soul Fire when lit.

Monster Spawners

Have been renamed to "Spawners" and their texture updated accordingly.
Drop a Spawner Fragment (amount boosted by Fortune)
Can have their type changed using Mob Souls.

Trial Spawners

Now render properly when underwater.

Kelp & Kelp Plant

Now has a 1% chance of dropping Algal Slime.

Pitcher Plant Crop

When harvested, drops a Pitcher Slab.

Tall Seagrass

No longer clips through the top of Water.

Big Dripleaves

Stems no longer clip through the leaf when it's pointed downwards.

Trial Spawners

When dispensing loot as an Ominous Trial Spawner, can now very rarely drop Diamonds, Flow Banner Patterns, and Guster Banner Patterns.

Cooked Salmon

Has been replaced with Fried Fish.

Cooked Cod

Has been replaced with Fish Fillet.

Raw Salmon

Has been renamed to "Salmon."

Raw Cod

Has been renamed to "Cod."

Pickaxes

Can now mine the following blocks faster, as their "correct tool": Player Heads, Honeycomb Blocks, Sniffer Eggs, Turtle Eggs, Glowstone, Beacons, Redstone Lamps, Sea Lanterns, Glass, Stained Glass (all colors), Glass Panes, Stained Glass Panes (all colors), and Tinted Glass.

Axes

Can now mine the following blocks faster, as their "correct tool": Beds (all colors), and Cacti.

Hoes

Can now mine the following blocks faster, as their "correct tool": Cakes, Froglights (all variants), and Cacti.

Pottery Sherds

Explorer Pottery Sherds are no longer found in Ocean Ruins.

Powered Rails

Have updated textures to match their new recipe.

Glow Berries

Give 10 seconds of Glowing when eaten.

Sweet Berries

Give 5 seconds of Speed when eaten.

Beetroot Soup

Gives 10 seconds of Strength when eaten.

Paintings

Might now place as Extra Paintings.

Logs, Stripped Logs, Nether Fungus Stems, Stripped Nether Fungus Stems, and Creaking Hearts

All have slightly rounded top and bottom textures.

Leather Caps

Now hide your name tag to other players when worn.

Droppers and Dispensers

Can now be used to make Suspicious Sand and Suspicious Gravel, by pushing items inside Sand or Gravel.

Note Blocks

Display their current note (in both number and letter form) on top.

Shears

Can now be used to collect Tall Grass and Tall Fern.

Chains

Can now be climbed.

Turtle Shells

Have been renamed to "Turtle Shellmets."
Now give 60 seconds of Water Breathing instead of 10.

Clocks, Compasses, and Recovery Compasses

These items are all considered "utility items," along with Depth Meters. They all give information in the utility bar (also called the action bar) above the hotbar.
If the item is "malfunctioning" for any reason (being in the wrong dimension, having a linked Lodestone broken, etc) the text in the utility bar is obfuscated.
If two utility items are held, the one in your main hand is prioritised.
Clocks display the current in-game time, month and day of the month.
Compasses display the current XYZ coordinates, what cardinal direction you're facing in, and what direction you're facing in relative to the X and Z axises. When a Compass is linked to a Lodestone, it instead shows just the XYZ coordinates of the Lodestone.
Recovery Compasses display the coordinates of your most recent death.
Depth Meters display your current elevation relative to sea level.
