Salvaging

Some extra items can be salvaged in Vanillabean using a Furnace or Blast Furnace, giving you back some of their base materials.

Items are only smeltable into their nugget form if Iron, Copper, or Gold is clearly the main ingredient of the item. Storage blocks and decoration blocks are not included either.
