Endermite Nests are found buried inside islands in the End Highlands biome.

Endermite Nests are small underground burrows filled with Obsidian and Crying Obsidian.
1-3 Endermite Egg Sacs will also be inside, along with a few Endermites.
You can locate Endermite Nests by looking for patches of Sand on the surface. It's easy to confuse these with Imbued Ore Deposists, so look out for the Suspicious Sand, which has Bones, Chorus Fruit, or Obsidian inside.
