Depth Meter

Depth Meters are utility items, used to measure elevation relative to sea level.

Obtaining

Depth Meters can be crafted using 4 Copper Ingots and 1 Redstone Dust.

They can also be found through fishing (see Fishing Mechanics) or in Digsite Barrels.

With a Depth Meter held in your main hand or off hand, it will display your current elevation relative to sea level (Y=62) in the utility bar.

If two utility items are held at the same time, the one in the main hand is prioritized.

Like other utility items, Depth Meters malfunction when they're not in the overworld.
