Tzvetelin Gueorguiev has been an invited keynote speaker to the following scientific conferences:

He is a member of the Union of Quality Specialists in Bulgaria, Association Club 9000, The American Society for Quality (ASQ), The Union of Metrologists in Bulgaria, The Bulgarian Academic Metrological Society, the International Society for Professional Innovation Management (ISPIM), and other professional and scientific organizations.

Since November 2019 he has been elected a member of the Management Board of the Union of Metrologists in Bulgaria.

In January 2020 the Academic Council of the University of Ruse elected Tzvetelin Gueorguiev to be the Manager of the Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property Centre. Link. He is also the Manager of the Danube Transfer Centre at the University of Ruse.

In January 2023 Tzvetelin Gueorguiev was elected and became a member of Technical Committee 1 "Education and Training in Measurement and Instrumentation" of IMEKO - the International Measurement Confederation. In August 2024 he was also elected a member of IMEKO Technical Committee 14 "Measurement of Geometrical Quantities" and a member of the IMEKO Supervisory Committee.

Since April 2024 Tzvetelin Gueorguiev is the regional coordinator for Ruse of Association "Club 9000".

He was elected an Associate Professor in Quality Management at the Technical University of Gabrovo on 2024-12-18.
