Tzvetelin GUEORGUIEV

Tzvetelin Gueorguiev, PhD has been in the core team which has created the Bachelor's degree programme in 'Quality Management and Metrology'. He is also the coordinator of the Master's degree programme in 'Quality Management'. 

Tzvetelin Gueorguiev has been an invited keynote speaker to the following scientific conferences:

4. 2-nd International Conference on New Horizons in the Engineering Science, Istanbul, Turkey;

5. 13-th International Conference of Constructive Design and Technological Optimization in Machine Building (OPROTEH 2018), Bacău, Romania,

6. 3-rd International Conference on Advances in Mechanical Engineering (ICAME) 2017, Istanbul, Turkey,

7. Energy Technologies Conference (ENTECH) 2014, Istanbul, Turkey.

He has also delivered lectures at universities in France, Belgium, Portugal, Greece, Romania, Türkiye, and Kosovo. 

He is a member of the Union of Quality Specialists in Bulgaria, Association Club 9000, The American Society for Quality (ASQ), Sigma Xi - The Scientific Research Honor Society), The Union of Metrologists, The Bulgarian Academic Metrological Society, ISPIM, and other professional and scientific organizations.

Since November 2019 he has been elected a member of the Management Board of the Union of Metrologists in Bulgaria.

In January 2020 the Academic Council of the University of Ruse elected Tzvetelin Gueorguiev to be the Manager of the Technology Transfer and Intellectual Property Centre. Link. He is also the Manager of the Danube Transfer Centre at the University of Ruse.

In January 2023 Tzvetelin Gueorguiev was elected and became a member of Technical Committee 1 "Education and Training in Measurement and Instrumentation" of IMEKO - the International Measurement Confederation.

Since April 2024 Tzvetelin Gueorguiev is the regional coordinator for Ruse of Association "Club 9000".
