Apple 'Bee Bench' Dual purpose 1934
It was planted on 20th November 2021 by Wirral Wildlife to celebrate their 50th Anniversary
Originates from Crewe, Nantwich & Market Drayton area. The apple’s name comes from the Victorian habit of placing bee skips in their orchards so that the insects would aid pollination.
