Skills needed: Ability to use Excel and Wordperfect

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize student directory forms
- Input information from forms into spreadsheet
- Transfer directory information from spreadsheet to Word Document
- Format directory for printing
- Interface with BCPS printing office
- Distribute finished directories to students
- Sell directories at various PTSA functions
