Key Responsibilities:

• Create and monitor online sign-up for food/drink/supply donations
• Coordinate volunteer shifts; staff refreshment table in Aigburth lobby serving about 150 visitors
• Coordinate use of tables, tablecloths, coffee urns and platters
• Create/set up signs to invite visitors to refreshment table
• Supervise sale of PTSA directories
• Set up and clean up of refreshments

Skills Required:

• Ability to use online tools (volunteer spot or similar)
• Ability to lift 5-10 lbs. (for service setup)
