Yanxuan Li
My name is Yanxuan. I am a senior majoring in Engineering with a minor in Chemistry. I am interested in regenerative medicine and genetic engineering. I joined S'Moore Lab during SURF 2018 and focused on characterizing the mesothelin-targeting Fn3 protein by apoptosis cell-based assays. During Fall 2019, I worked on improving protein-polymer conjugation as my special study. S'Moore lab is truly an inclusive and supportive space!
During my free time, I like dancing and Chinese seal carving. I am the secretary of Smith Robotic Club and event coordinator for the Society of Women Engineers.
