The Perch is a two-story expansion built atop a guard tower on Isarn's outer walls. The wooden tower is visible from anywhere in the city. The Perch is a lookout for the Young Deadeyes, a group of exceptionally trained archers. While anyone is welcome to visit Le Commune, being under the Young Deadeyes' gaze keeps all the guests on their best behavior. Those who abuse Le Commune's hospitality quickly find themselves under fire.
Rather than rebuild portions of Le Commune damaged early in revolution, the structures were torn down, and the ground tilled. These plots are used to grow crops within the city limits, allowing the community to grow its own food. These coveted plots of land were once the target of many thieves, but stories of welts and bruises from the Young Deadeye's blunt arrows have spread through the city. The Orchard's name is a thumb to the decree that citizens must maintain personal Victory Gardens.
This pub at the edge of Le Commune serves as a popular watering hole for laborers who put in an honest day's work. The pub does not allow walk-ins, but the regulars are quick to welcome hard workers they meet.
The Egalitarian Party is popular among the pub's patrons, making All For One a popular stop for Egalitarian senators looking to hear their constituents.
This outreach kitchen is run by Claire Roux, a laypriestess of Erastil that brings newly milled flour up from Litran a couple times each week. Every Toilday and Sunday, the kitchen opens, handing out bread to Isarn's hungry until none remains. In times of bounty the Kitchen will also off fruit, soups or stews to their guests.
