A Council from Woodsedge that marched on Isarn and took it from the Imperial Council when their forces were spread too thin. They promised a return to fundamental revolutionary values. They pushed for democratic policy, but their bloody fervor resulted in them losing popularity.

A Council composed of powerful wizards that promised to use magic to alleviate many of Galt's scarcity problems. This Council was very popular until The Red Raven single-handedly exposed the Council's secret use of necromancy and exterminated them.

The current Revolutionary Council lead by Chairman Korran Goss, a populist. Currently the longest running Council, however it is overdue for elections.
