On the occasion of Shivaratri, Kathith hosted a free Kerala Mural workshop with Shri Binish Lakshmanan on February 23rd. There were over 130 participants from around the world who joined the session.
They taught Shiva’s hand-mudra holding Trishul and damru, with Vasuki wrapped around his wrist, the sacred Ganga and mount Kailash in the background. The session was only scheduled for an hour and 15 mins long, but the interest and engagement of the participants made it run over two and a half hours!

We are happy to announce the successful completion of our first Sacred Geometry workshop! In this workshop, students learned from artist Surabhi Kochar the basics of architectural geometry and how it holds wide influence around the world in European, Persian, and Indian cultures.
They even explored color theory and created isometric grids. These grids are the basis for many complex art pieces, so it was no small task! Additionally, these students learned how to use ancient tools to make their own geometric pieces. What an amazing experience!
