On January 25th, 26th, and February 1st, Shri Ashish Das led a Bhakt Hanuman workshop in the Pattachitra style from Odisha.

Earlier this month, on February 8th, Kathith hosted a free Odisha Pattachitra workshop depicting the goddess Saraswati in honor of the recent Saraswati Puja.
In this no-trace session, Shri Ashish Das guided 100+ participants in a full house of eager artists and electric energy.

Kathith is excited to introduce a new workshop exploring the art of sacred geometry! Renowned artist Ms. Surabhi Kochar will help participants understand the beauty of these Moroccan and Islamic art styles by exploring universal patterns, symbolic meaning, and 3-D platonic solids.
She'll also go into the interdisciplinary nature of the art style, with applications in art, architecture, math, philosophy, spirituality, science, and more.
The workshop will be held over Zoom on February 15th, 16th, 22nd, and 23rd with recordings available if you miss the first couple of dates. Do not miss this opportunity to learn such a mystical and unique art form!

We are excited to announce the introduction of our Kerala Mural classes! The classes cover the many intricate styles of Kerala Murals, such as their hand mudras, poise/gestures, and man and woman figures.
These classes will be held once a week on Thursdays at 4:30 PM PST/7:30 EST with a total of 72 classes. After the course, students will receive a teaching artist certification! We have limited seats, so sign up quickly before they run out!

We are launching a new class for the Pattachitra Curriculum! This curriculum teaches students about the amazing details of the Pattachitra style, including their human anatomy, temple architecture, and border design.
The classes will be held once a week on Tuesdays for one and a half hours (4:30 PM PST/7:30 PM ET). Students will receive a certificate of completion when they finish 80% of the projects and will receive a teaching artist certification when they finish all the projects in the course.
