Adds up to 3 cubs to litter.
*Can be used on Specialty Species (K-crosses 50%+, Bayun Cats, Baketora, Munchkin, Arabian) With pure or high % breedings it will only add the chance of an extra cub.

Allows genetic material to be stored and used in breedings even after death or sterilization or can allow use of an Elsevier cat as a surrogate so that a female may be bred more than once during season (this still uses a breeding slot for restricted breeds)
