Since news broke that Rebecca Blackburn will be in the works in potentially joining the Black and Blue league, Leviathan fans have gone out of their way to send this beloved wrestler some welcoming letters. Showing their support for Becca in the month of love! Best believe that Becca had a swell of a time opening and reading each of these!
Since announcing her Open Challenge for her JOA Championship, many expect anyone and everyone out of the woodwork will be coming for Umiko’s belt! But everyone was blown away by a new star in Rixia Reinford who on her Leviathan debut challenged for the title! The former signer did put up a worthy challenge but she was simply outmatched against Umiko’s experience! So eventually, like all of the Sea Serpent’s adversaries, the champ would manage to get her coils around the singer’s windpipe and make her count sheep!
Since going on a 3-match win streak, Leilani Aukai aka Coconut has been noticing more eyes have been on her and more challenges against her! One being The Pond’s own gremlin/headache- renown for her thicc eyebrows; Coconut faces Evie Pineda aka Seal! This smaller fighter is known for her borderline prankster-like bully mentality as throughout the bout Seal picked on the bigger Coconut. But it all came crashing down on Seal literally when her bullying backfired on her! Going for a Behind the Back Rollup Pin, Seal tried to pull on Leilani’s leotard to make her lose her balance- which Coconut did! But she ended up dropping and landing on Seal’s face for an accidental Facesit and knocking out Evie...Awkwardly Leilani went for the pin and earned by far one of the weirdest victories she has had so far in Leviathan!
Leviathan is back with a new debut and a matchup! Please welcome in the prodigy Alizeh Midori to the league! Even tho a big signing, the marketing department gave her the Sea Moss which she doesn’t seem too keen on. As for her opponent, she takes on Aman Sinaya aka Tsunami! Since her rival Umiko won the JOA Championship, Aman has been trying to prove herself to be champion material! But Alizeh was not going to make it easy for her! Very nearly taking the Leviathan veteran to the brink of defeat, it was until fans chanted of “Sea Moss” that distracted Alizeh before she could finish the job. Annoyed by these chants, Alizeh left herself open for Aman’s comeback. From which she would display one of her newest maneuvers; Figure 484 Leglock where Aman switch back-n-forth from a Figure 4 to Figure 8 submission holds! This earned her the victory in brutal fashion, but earned Aman no love from the crowd as she kept the hold little after the match!
Umiko’s open challenge continues as her next opponent comes from abroad and outside of the Black-and-Blue brand. A fighter going by the name Ghost who did not make things easy on Umiko! As this specter was a slippery one and avoided those lethal legals of the Sea Serpent. So the champion had to take a page from a certain Koi Fish to capture and submit Ghost via submission holds. The one that did the challenger in was a Boston Crab! Who will be next to challenge the JOA Champion stay tuned to find out!
